1.Do some sort of "work-out" Monday through Saturday for at least 30 min a day.
2. Learn portion control
3. Limit my frappachinos to ONCE A MONTH.
4. Learn to not focus on the numbers on the scale, but on the progress my body is making.
5. I would especially like to tone my arms.
6. Learn to cook healthier for both my husband and I.

1. Do not eat past 9pm 2. Eat something small when Brynlee does! 3. Take a daily multi-vitamin 4. Drink atleast 64oz of water a day 5. Walk everyday with Brynlee 6. Eat a veggie everyday
