Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I'm going to be
painfully real right now...and it's embarrassing.
I am 24. I weight 243lbs and I have 43% BMI.
Although some say I do not look it, it is what it is.
No matter what, I want to be a size 12...I'm an 18.
I have 90 days of this Biggest Loser Competition.
Tonight, we did circuit training. 14 of us switched weight
machines every 2 minutes. It was very hard actually.
30 Seconds on as much as you can, 10 seconds rest, 30 more,
10 seconds off and one last 30, then switch.
I have a list of homework this week, soon I'll get a list of
things to eat and what my calorie number shall be.
Its pathetic but it's hard to believe I'll lose weight because
It's been years since I've LOST weight. I dont know what that
feels like...

Time To Get Serious
I have been seriously slacking on these eating-better-working-out goals that we have set. But now it's time to get serious.
On our 2 year anniversary, Willie and I decided that while we aren't exactly "Fat", but we sure don't want to get there. So we are determined to each loose those extra 13 and 20 pounds that we have gained since we have been married. We both have gym memberships, we can both cook, and we both have the ability to be disciplined. We are just flat out lazy.
So here goes...starting over fresh. Oh, and no frappachinos at all. You give me an inch, I'll stretch a mile, so it's just best to cut them out period.

9-30-08
Breakfast: Go-Gurt
Snack: Apple, V8
Lunch: South Beach Bar
Snack: Celery & Almond Butter
Dinner: Olive Garden (for our anniversary!) 1 and 1/2 breadsticks, a bowl of zupa tuscanna and half a serving of angel hair pasta and tomatoe basil sauce (really really REALLY good) I even skipped out on the after dinner mint! (OK, so they forgot to give us one...)
Snack: small bowl of cereal at my parents house arround 9.
*No Work-out*
I'm in love with Almond Butter from WINCO. Good stuff. You actually push it out of a machine with almonds in it, and it has no trans fat or salt or sugar, but still has the protein. It's actually kind of sweet on it's own, and even Willie likes it!

Dinner: Chicken w/ penne pasta and red sauce plus 2 pieces of toast
I went to the massage therapist today, he wanted me not to work out today ( nice! ) My back isn't liking all this new stress.

Lunch/Breakfast: 2 mini bagels w/strawberry cream cheese
Snack: 2 protein bars
Dinner: 2 chicken patties with multi-grain pasta w/tomato sauce
Snack: 100 calorie pack of goldfish ( like a handful )
I Worked out for an hour today, did mostly weight lifting

dinner: Turkey noodle soup ( only one bowl ) a few small pieces of bread
Snack: Nilla wafers and one reeses cup

Snack:pringles (uuggghhh)
Lunch: 1 piece of low-fat wheat bread w/ chicken salad & a piece of cheese on top
Snack: V8 and an apple
Dinner: 2 Chicken strips and a spinach salad
Snack: some fruit roll-ups
*Just went walking around the neighborhood today*
