I have been seriously slacking on these eating-better-working-out goals that we have set. But now it's time to get serious.
On our 2 year anniversary, Willie and I decided that while we aren't exactly "Fat", but we sure don't want to get there. So we are determined to each loose those extra 13 and 20 pounds that we have gained since we have been married. We both have gym memberships, we can both cook, and we both have the ability to be disciplined. We are just flat out lazy.
So here goes...starting over fresh. Oh, and no frappachinos at all. You give me an inch, I'll stretch a mile, so it's just best to cut them out period.

9-30-08
Breakfast: Go-Gurt
Snack: Apple, V8
Lunch: South Beach Bar
Snack: Celery & Almond Butter
Dinner: Olive Garden (for our anniversary!) 1 and 1/2 breadsticks, a bowl of zupa tuscanna and half a serving of angel hair pasta and tomatoe basil sauce (really really REALLY good) I even skipped out on the after dinner mint! (OK, so they forgot to give us one...)
Snack: small bowl of cereal at my parents house arround 9.
*No Work-out*
I'm in love with Almond Butter from WINCO. Good stuff. You actually push it out of a machine with almonds in it, and it has no trans fat or salt or sugar, but still has the protein. It's actually kind of sweet on it's own, and even Willie likes it!
