Lunch: Quiznos Sub and chips
Snack: fun size pack of mm's
Dinner: Chicken w/ penne pasta and red sauce plus 2 pieces of toast

I went to the massage therapist today, he wanted me not to work out today ( nice! ) My back isn't liking all this new stress.

Lunch/Breakfast: 2 mini bagels w/strawberry cream cheese
Snack: 2 protein bars
Dinner: 2 chicken patties with multi-grain pasta w/tomato sauce
Snack: 100 calorie pack of goldfish ( like a handful )

I Worked out for an hour today, did mostly weight lifting

* I haven't had a period since July 23rd, and I'm not pregnant. So frustrated. *

Lunch: 2 chicken patties w/ steamed carrots and a small mt. dew
dinner: Turkey noodle soup ( only one bowl ) a few small pieces of bread
Snack: Nilla wafers and one reeses cup

9-18-08

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg and Go-Gurt
Snack:pringles (uuggghhh)
Lunch: 1 piece of low-fat wheat bread w/ chicken salad & a piece of cheese on top
Snack: V8 and an apple
Dinner: 2 Chicken strips and a spinach salad
Snack: some fruit roll-ups
*Just went walking around the neighborhood today*

9-17-08

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, Go-gurt
Snack: cheese stick
Lunch: Smart Choice
Snack: Pringles (too many!), South Beach Bar
Dinner: California Pizza (BBQ Chicken) Thin Crust, another hard boiled egg
Snack: Cinnamon rice cake w/ whip cream & Carmel sauce, a couple handfuls of pretzels, another cheese stick, a few almonds
*did 30 min of cardio at the gym w/ Willie*

I'm not sure if it's the Clomid/Progesterone that's making me so hungry, or if it's the fact that I'm working out again...but my-goodness! I need to just make sure I make healthy choices for snacks, no more pringles, only one cheese stick a day, etc.

Lunch: Sante Fe Salad w/ handful trail mix
Dinner: Taco Salad no sour cream no dressing

Snack: Handful of almonds ( you and I are alike! )

Workout: Zumba at 9:30am, 'bout died, but great cardio for one hour...my back is killing me tho

Oh, not so good today...

Breakfast: South Beach Bar
Snack: Cheese Stick
Lunch: Smart Choice TV dinner
Snack: Pringles
Dinner: Enchilada Casserole & an Apple
Other snacks: banana cream pie milkshake from Carl's Jr., handful of almonds, and an ice cream bar (bad Tab, bad! I don't know what got into me!)
*Did 30 min on the cross trainer with Willie, then went for a walk with the dog later in the evening*

Lunch: 2 chicken wraps and a handful of fries ( red robin ) ..i didnt eat anymore fries than i was given. Water to drink of course

Snack: Trail Mix

Dinner: Sante Fe Chicken salad ( not too big, not too small )

I jogged/sped walk 1/2 mile ( maybe a bit more ) Felt good to do in the cold air.

Snack: Almonds, another cheese stick
Dinner: Spinach Pasta w/ red sauce, broccoli
Snack: Smoothie, 100 calorie back of popcorn, and honey nut Cheerios
*just took a walk around the neighborhood*

Friday

Lunch: 2 chicken "sammies" from Quiznos and shared a diet pepsi

I gave in and had a FRAP today

Dinner: a handful of bbq pork with sesame seeds w/water

Snack: Trail Mix.

I put together a big bookcase w/ glass all by myself that took an hour and a half ( pretty good )
and yes I broke a sweat. Still feeling sick and still no period.

Wednesday

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich on wheat w/mayo,lettuce cheese and a handful of chips w/ water

Dinner: *uh oh * KFC *slaps hand* 2 pieces of chicken ( but i didn't eat all the skin..) a scoop of cole-slaw and a scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy

Snack at 11pm: 2 biscuits w/ like a tbsp gravy. I was starved and it was there. Shame on me.

Period is 2.5 weeks late, and Bryn and I are both sick still. So no work out for me. Going up the stairs a million times a day to check up on Brynlee has gotta count for somethin!! Maybe that worked off one chip or somethin :)

Friday

Ok! I'm back!

Breakfast: PopTart
Lunch: *uh oh* small nachos at a football game
Dinner: Taco Salad no dressing, no sour cream.

Tomorrow, we are having a breakfast with a friend here and watching the seahawks kickoff game.
I specifically bought REAL maple syrup because it does not have high fructose corn syrup. It's the real thing, not as good, but it'll make me not have a lot of it.

I had a heart to heart once again with my best friend about my weight. She's got so much faith in me, now i need that faith in me!! I'll fill you in via email. :)

**Period was due 2 weeks ago. Here we go again.**
