Lunch: 2 chicken "sammies" from Quiznos and shared a diet pepsi
I gave in and had a FRAP today
Dinner: a handful of bbq pork with sesame seeds w/water
Snack: Trail Mix.
I put together a big bookcase w/ glass all by myself that took an hour and a half ( pretty good )
and yes I broke a sweat. Still feeling sick and still no period.
