Tuesday

*Wow Tab you did soo good! Way to go on your snack choices and portion control :) *

Lunch: 2 chicken wraps and a handful of fries ( red robin ) ..i didnt eat anymore fries than i was given. Water to drink of course

Snack: Trail Mix

Dinner: Sante Fe Chicken salad ( not too big, not too small )

I jogged/sped walk 1/2 mile ( maybe a bit more ) Felt good to do in the cold air.
