Good Sunday.

We both need to blog more! *UHG*

Lunch/Breakfast: 2 mini bagels w/strawberry cream cheese
Snack: 2 protein bars
Dinner: 2 chicken patties with multi-grain pasta w/tomato sauce
Snack: 100 calorie pack of goldfish ( like a handful )

I Worked out for an hour today, did mostly weight lifting
