Dinner: Veggie/chicken mix made on the Grill (Chicken, mushrooms, zuchini, pinaple, bell peppers, onions, & grape tomatoes)
Snacks: handfull of goldfish (darn it!) bowl of cereal, some almonds, a cheese stick.
*no work out today, and probably not tomorrow, because I had IUI #1 today and I want to take it easy, same for tomorrow!*

Crazy-Busy Day.

Breakfast: Slimfast Shake
Lunch: Smart Choice dinner
Snack: Almonds
Dinner: Red Robin BBQ wrap and 1 serving of fries w/ honey mustard sauce
Snack: a mini cinnamon roll from a pack my parents got from Costco & one trigger shot in the hiney!
*did not work out again. But I did go back to the shop after dinner with my husband and help him run a set of doors for about 3 hours...and that's work!*

Oh dear, it's been a while! I guess I just got lazy because your not here to keep me accountable! =)

Breakfast: Cheese stick
Snack: handful of almonds...and skittles!! Eekk!
Lunch: Left over hamburger helper
Snack: Dill pickles (yum!)
Dinner: cheese & spinach ravioli's w/ red sauce
Snack: Carmel rice cake with whip cream and Carmel drizzle on top!
*did not work out! I haven't worked out since early last week! I was with my friend Jenny all night working on wedding plans for her Tahoe wedding...but that's not an excuse!*

I miss you and hope you are having a wonderful vacation! Wish me luck and send me prayers...I have my appointment for my "follie check" today at 2:30!!

Long weekend!

Hey! I have a sec to blog while camping :) so i dont forget.

Basically I've been good for the most part. I have not been snacking!!!
Friday was a bad day. Just ate badly period.
But I've been trying to control my portions. I've been eating big breakfasts that
I am not used to. But I've had a veggie or fruit with lunches and dinners :)
Today we went tubing down the river ( you have to hike down and around a huge hill
to get down to the river ) that was fun, burned calories. Then I went on a mile walk tonight
with Bryn. Besides that I've been swimming and walking around...haven't had a whole lotta
down time, because if I did, I'd snack. Last night I had a handful of cheezits and i've had a couple
mountain dews.

But pretty good for camping :) I'll be back home on Wednesday night. Hopefully I have
my laptop fixed by then! I was hoping to get an email or see a blogpost from you!

Wednesday

WOW you did SO good yesterday I'm really impressed!!

Breakfast: 2 mini bagels
Lunch: Roasted Chicken Wrap and side of mashed potatoes from KFC ( nothing fried! )
Dinner: A chicken patty and a salad
Late snack: Just bunches cereal in the evening

I did good on the food front, just didnt do much on the exercise front.
Mom and I shopped/cooked all day long for our vacation!

Breakfast: Granola bar
snack: cheese stick, almonds
Lunch: Smart Choice dinner
Snack: some pretzels & a Carmel rice cake
Dinner: hamburger patty (no bun) with mustard, ketchup, cheese and Guacamole and pees! (weird combo!)
Snack: a bowl of cheerios (someone got me stuck on cereal! lol!)
*didn't work out. =( I'm actually pretty sore from Tuesday's squats!*

Breakfast: Slim-fast shake, almonds
Snack:granola bar, cheese stick
Lunch: Smart Choice TV Dinner
Dinner: Fish, small portion of rice & peas
Snack: handfull of skittles and 3 or 4 pickled okras, a bowl of cherrios @9pm.
*used 3 pound wieghts in the house while watching TV: curls, rows, tricept raises, squats and lunges. Then I took my dog for a walk arround the neighborhood.*

Great Cereal!!


I'm in love. And it's a healthy snack!!!
I ate a bowl at 9:45pm tonight though.

Good day

Breakfast: ( yes i actually did it!! ) 2 mini bagels and strawberry cream cheese
Lunch: Lean Cuisine, handful of veggie chips
Dinner: Homemade chicken wings, Beans, mashed potatoes. w/water
snack: pop tart :)

I did better than most days for sure, ate more today than normal, which is good actually

I have not exercised yet. If it cools down quicker tonight, i'll walk bryn.

I'm so proud of you! First for not getting a frap (I admit I was also close when we had company this weekend!) and also for grocery shopping to help keep healthier food in the house! Good job! (and by-the-way, I won't be offended if you hate the V8 juice, to be honest with you I don't really like the juices, I only like the regular vegetable V8, the spicy one to be exact!

Breakfast: Slimfast shake
Snack: V8 with a few almonds
Lunch: penut-butter granolla bar. I got stuck with customers and didn't have time for a real lunch =(
Snack: 3 pickled okra (yum!) and a few cherry prunes (I know, it's wierd...but I love prunes!) and yes, a handfull of skittles. Sigh* And a cheese stick.
Dinner: Mexican style hamberger helper with olives and green chilies and sour cream, then an ice cream bar for desert. (I need to lay off the ice cream!)
*walked around the neighborhood with Willie and Duke tonight, then headed to Lowes to get a houseplant...to see if we can keep it alive! But after our trip, we each got small frozen yogurts, which I did NOT need because I had already had ice cream!! Uuuggghhh.*

Setting myself up for a good week.

OK i refuse to tell you what I ate today. Lunch and Dinner was bad bad.
My problem is that if I have nothing in the cabinets, I will run and "get somethin"
meanin fast food. I HATE that habit. I was literally FEET away from getting a Frap.
But I thought, that is not fair to Tabitha. No way. It was hard. But instead I had ice cream. WHY!!???
So I went to the store tonight and set myself up for success for the next 3-4 Days ( we leave on Friday for vacation...who knows what'll happen )
So I bought mini bagels w/ strawberry cream cheese*limit one * , and "just bunches" cereal for breakfast ( honey bunches of oats, but JUST the clusters, really good for you ) for breakfast and
Lean Cuisines for an easy quick lunch w/ veggie chips if I need a snack, Dinners I have beans, chicken, peaches, potatoes, sandwich stuff. So, in other words I cannot fail. I spent $55 in groceries for just the next few days. AND I thought of you because I was looking at all the V-8's and I got grossed out at some of them. But I bought a v-8 fusion to give it a shot, plus grape juice and more propel to go packets for a water bottle.
I'll get alot of exercise this coming weekend because I'll be gone from Friday to Wednesday, swimming a ton while we camp. I'm sooooo excited.

This Weekend

Geez Steph...what a busy bee you are!! I bet your laundry room looks amazing though!
I'm not even going to put the details in. I ate yucky Friday night, good saturday, yucky on Sunday...and I did not excersize all weekend. We had company come up, so we ate out alot and lounged arround. Not so good! But today is a new day, and I've already started off good...so hopfully a better post will come soon!!

SUNDAY

Lunch: Roll up thingys ( cream cheese/turkey/cheese/lettuce ) w/handful of chips ( of course ) and a bowl full of pasta ( that was a no no ) with lemonade

Dinner: No plans as of now. I will edit this later ...i'm not hungry though and it's 7:30pm

Brynlee has been so hard these past 2 days...it's been tough!

Saturday. uh oh.

Ok. I dunno what happened. This is all I ate:

Chicken noodle casserole ( one bowl ) with a bottle of propel water.
Handful of lime chips w/ mango salsa

OMG Tab that is it. We had our laundry room redone yesterday, so I was running errands for supplies, then had to go to Ikea to get a desk/chair/file cabinet and lemme tell you, that was a workout in itself. I was by myself, hauling 3 pieces of furniture on this crate thing around the entire store, then had to put it in a truck by myself. Then I had to put together our laundry room mostly by myself. So I was very busy til midnight. I didn't really stop.

Lunch: Tombstone pizza ( I didn't eat the whole thing!! ) Water
Dinner: Tostada salad: Shredded beef, cheese,lettuce, black beans/refried beans NO sauce or dressing w/ chips and cheese dip ( didn't finish it ) and Sprite to drink

Soo not the best day, but it could have been worse, for sure.
I painted for about 5 hours ( had to do the ceiling, booo ) so my arms worked it out for sure.
I ran up and down the stairs a few times today, and when I had to go to the garage ( which was like 6 times ) I ran. lol just the little things ya know.
Now it's the weekend, and I'm going to try to behave. I MUST increase my veggie and fruit intake.

Snack: a piece of cheese pizza, half a "serving" of cheese fries & a cherry Icie, ugh!!
*didn't work out! (but I did wear my workout clothes to shop in Super Walmart, does that count? *
The boys had their play-off game tonight, and they won first place! Yay! But it was a double header, and it was a LATE game. They didn't start until 9:30pm, and we didn't finish until 11:30pm...so we ate. It was so bad, I had no self control! AND I didn't work out! Sigh* But tomorrow is a new day, right?
