Breakfast: ( yes i actually did it!! ) 2 mini bagels and strawberry cream cheese
Lunch: Lean Cuisine, handful of veggie chips
Dinner: Homemade chicken wings, Beans, mashed potatoes. w/water
snack: pop tart :)
I did better than most days for sure, ate more today than normal, which is good actually
I have not exercised yet. If it cools down quicker tonight, i'll walk bryn.
