Good Job Steph! You did so well yesterday! Are you starting to feel better about your body yet?
Breakfast: Slim-fast shake, almonds
Snack:granola bar, cheese stick
Lunch: Smart Choice TV Dinner
Dinner: Fish, small portion of rice & peas
Snack: handfull of skittles and 3 or 4 pickled okras, a bowl of cherrios @9pm.
*used 3 pound wieghts in the house while watching TV: curls, rows, tricept raises, squats and lunges. Then I took my dog for a walk arround the neighborhood.*
