OK i refuse to tell you what I ate today. Lunch and Dinner was bad bad.
My problem is that if I have nothing in the cabinets, I will run and "get somethin"
meanin fast food. I HATE that habit. I was literally FEET away from getting a Frap.
But I thought, that is not fair to Tabitha. No way. It was hard. But instead I had ice cream. WHY!!???
So I went to the store tonight and set myself up for success for the next 3-4 Days ( we leave on Friday for vacation...who knows what'll happen )
So I bought mini bagels w/ strawberry cream cheese*limit one * , and "just bunches" cereal for breakfast ( honey bunches of oats, but JUST the clusters, really good for you ) for breakfast and
Lean Cuisines for an easy quick lunch w/ veggie chips if I need a snack, Dinners I have beans, chicken, peaches, potatoes, sandwich stuff. So, in other words I cannot fail. I spent $55 in groceries for just the next few days. AND I thought of you because I was looking at all the V-8's and I got grossed out at some of them. But I bought a v-8 fusion to give it a shot, plus grape juice and more propel to go packets for a water bottle.
I'll get alot of exercise this coming weekend because I'll be gone from Friday to Wednesday, swimming a ton while we camp. I'm sooooo excited.
