Wednesday

WOW you did SO good yesterday I'm really impressed!!

Breakfast: 2 mini bagels
Lunch: Roasted Chicken Wrap and side of mashed potatoes from KFC ( nothing fried! )
Dinner: A chicken patty and a salad
Late snack: Just bunches cereal in the evening

I did good on the food front, just didnt do much on the exercise front.
Mom and I shopped/cooked all day long for our vacation!
